Jermaine Stanley is an Organizational Change and Leadership Strategist, know for helping leaders navigate high-risk environments, drive innovation, and build strong, resilient, and forward-thinking organizations. 

With over 25 years of experience spanning Financial Services, Technology, Insurance, Non-Profit, and Government sectors, Jermaine has advised executives on complex cybersecurity, IT risk, and leadership strategies that balance innovation with stability.
